Daily Drawings of Us

Inspired by his wife, Curtis Wiklund, an artist and wedding photographer sketched a new drawing every day for a year. The result is this collection of adorable illustrations depicting the tender, true moments the couple shares. 

It began in 2011 when Jordin embarked on a 365-day photo project and asked Curtis to join her by vowing to draw a new sketch every day for a year.

"She had always loved it when I drew because I used to draw cards for her when we were dating," says Jordin. "With her encouragement, I started drawing something each day and posting it online."

Since the 365-day project has ended, Curtis continues to occasionally post new drawings based on his and Jordin's relationship to his Tumblr. Fans of Curtis' work have praised the emotive quality of the sketches, and it's easy to see why.
